The Board of Directors functions as the top authority in the Tulare County Association of Realtors. To serve a candidate must be a member of the Association and each Director (Officer) should be thoroughly acquainted with the following:

C. Professional Standards Guidelines
D. Association Bylaws
E. Antitrust, Harassment & Employment policies
F. MLS Rules & Policies
G. Association & MLS Fee Schedule
