I am a full-time broker with Melson Realty. I was associated with Letsinger Realty starting in 1986, until my father-in-law, Jerry Letsinger, passed away in 2018. I feel the best thing I can do for a buyer or seller is to give them good information in order for them to make good, informed decisions. I am always available to you to answer questions and to help you through the buying or selling process.

I have an amazing wife, Vicki, and we celebrated 39 wonderful years of marriage this year. We have three grown children, Richie (his wife Lisette), Marissa (her husband Bryce) and Colton (his wife Kyla). Our granddaughters, Journey & Saylor and grandson, Makai add to our joy. I am very blessed!

I have enjoyed helping run the Porterville Neptunites Swim Team for the past quarter of a century. I like to swim, surf and spend time with my family.

I have been involved in many Realtor committees over the years and am a two-time past president of the Orange Belt Board of Realtors. I have served on the Board of the Directors of the Tulare County Association of Realtors after our boards merged.
