I am a dedicated agent to both buyers and sellers, applying proven techniques to the process of a sell or a purchase. I do not take lightly the title of "Realtor", nor should anyone to whom service and dedication is important. I pride myself in having a strong work ethic and I realize that nothing worthwhile comes without effort.

Like most people you probably work during the day so I am available to you seven days a week and have no problem seeing you anytime after 5 P.M...



MY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:



I have had the opportunity to work 10 years with a home builder and I not only sold homes but communicated with lots of sub-contractors of the trade. During this tenor I picked up valuable knowledge; which I use when viewing or inspecting a home.



Proud to state that I have been in real estate since 2007 and committed to everlasting wide variety of training. February 15, 2017 I took the extra step and went for the Broker exam and PASSED! My new designation is Joan Gillham, Broker Associate....
