After being a real estate sales agent in the 1970's and completing a GRI designation, I started doing appraisals in 1981. By 1984 most of my work was FHA appraisals and attending every seminar possible. The FDIC hired me to do appraisal work and construction completion notices for them, which turned out to be a fun experience. As the years flew by, larger million $$$$$ home reports kept landing on my desk along with some really unusual properties. Today I do mostly attorney work and estate sized lender work, plus expert witness & fact witness testifying. Being president of the REAA-CV (R. E. Appraisers Assoc - Central Valley) for the last 5 years has brought a lot of knowledge regarding the R.E market locally, valley wide and nation wide. As always - We appreciate your business!
