Susan Renteria has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and as a Broker since 2019. Her extended expertise is due in part to her 25 years of experience in property management, real estate and transactional law. Susan's many years in the legal field and real estate industry have provided her with the discipline, diligence and organizational skills necessary to successfully negotiate on behalf of her clients.

Susan's experience as a foreclosure auctioneer at trustee sales sites in multiple Central California counties has also bestowed her with a unique understanding of the foreclosure and trustee sale process. This virtually exclusive knowledge of the foreclosure auction process has also assisted her in preventing a large number of distressed homeowners from losing their homes to foreclosure.

Due to Ms. Renteria's increased success in facilitating transactions for numerous clients, she shares her knowledge with her fellow agents as a trainer and educator. Her goal is to transfer her knowledgeable experience by sharing and teaching others to accomplish their goals.
