...I am excited to announce that as of January 2017, I have opened my own real estate brokerage company, Cottage Realty. Our office is located in Visalia and will continue to serve clients throughout California, with our primary area of focus ranging from the Central Valley to the Central Coast.



My background includes a BS in Construction Architecture, 26 years of facility maintenance and capital project improvements of commercial, industrial and educational buildings, residential remodeling as a licensed general contractor since 1989, a licensed realtor since 2005, and a licensed real estate broker since 2009. This education and experience provides a unique background that enhances the services I provide as a real estate broker, enabling me to provide the best possible real estate services for my clients.



Our company mission is to provide excellent, personalized customer service, and to offer clients the best in professional real estate transaction services. Our services are all inclusive and we will work with you from the beginning to the end of selling or purchasing a property. Some of the extensive services provided are; advising on organizing, staging and packing services, marketing, inspection coordination, discussion of warranty options, and much more. We will also assist in the coordination of the escrow process through to the closing of your escrow. Once escrow has closed, we will continue to keep you updated on the real estate market after the sale.



When you are ready to get your home on the market, we will provide a customized market analysis tailored specifically for your home, develop marketing strategies to get your home sold, including a needs analysis of your property to maximize profits. We can connect you with a lender who can develop a strategic purchasing plan specifically targeted and designed around your needs. Relocating out of the area or to another state? I can assist with broker referrals to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
