Dominique is the Co- Founder of the Lineage Properties with the The Lupercio Group, a second generation realtor, and combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. In 2003, Dominique entered into the real estate business at the age of 25. She also has been an Administrator in Education, Curriculum Instructional Coach, and a Teacher in a local school district. She is an active realtor and continuously a top-producing agent in the office month after month. She enjoys representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers educating– both clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a realtor.



Dominique has built her business on first time home buyers and insures they always get optimal results. She finds the first time homebuyers experience to be just as much rewarding for her as it is them. She is willing to walk her clients through the entire process from start to finish and beyond.



Her expertise is highly valued in the Harlan Ranch area and surrounding Clovis North subdivisions

as well as the South Valley where she grew up and started her career.
