Dear Neighbor - Please allow me to introduce: I'm a full-time REALTOR® and I've been helping our neighbors buy and sell homes in Tulare County and as a central California native, I understand how best to showcase the many fine amenities of the community and homes within it.

My real estate career is supported by vast experience and education in sales and engineering. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. I started my career developing software for the largest mortgage financers of the time - Countrywide and Bank of America. I then decided to step away for a while to help launch a new business developing disruptive training technologies for our military. After getting our products into production, I then focused my energies developing partnerships with the U.S. Airforce, US Navy, and DEVGRU- crafting deals and development agreements to solve the needs of our combat soldiers. It was here where I learned the art and skill of negotiating the deal.

I returned back home in 2020 to resume my passion in real estate and have joined an expert team selling 97% of homes listed netting an average of 95% of asking price. Marketing, sales and negotiating are my passions and I love helping my Clients find fair deals and a place to call home.
