Marc Schuil specializes in managing large agricultural properties spanning across the Central Valley of California, as well as in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Washington. Graduating with an MBA from the University of Southern California in 1980, Marc embarked on his professional journey by dedicating three years to real estate development. In 1983, he transitioned to join the family enterprise, Schuil Ag Real Estate. Leveraging his robust investment acumen and analytical expertise, Marc adeptly evaluates the profit potential of diverse agricultural opportunities. He excels in collaborating with institutional investors and private equity funds, offering expertise in areas such as dairy farms, row crop ground, and permanent plantings. Beyond his professional commitments, Marc actively engages in community service, having served on community bank and non-profit boards. Currently, he holds a position on the Board of the Sequoia Riverlands Trust. Recognized for his insights, Marc has been a featured speaker at the Summit Conference, where he shared expertise on non-traditional financial investments. Additionally, he has hosted webinars on water for both the Global Ag Investment Conference and with West Water.
