Rick (Broker Associate, REALTOR®, and Team Lead) is a lifelong musician who retired from AT&T management in 2008. Born and raised in Visalia, California, Rick is married with 3 children, is a member of the Visalia Breakfast Lions. As a Graduate Of The Real Estate Institute and a member of the Tulare County, California, and National Associations of REALTORS®, Rick founded The Home Alliance Team (now called Rock 'n' Real Estate) with an emphasis in investment, distressed, commercial and luxury properties.

Since 2014 Rock 'n' Real Estate has expanded by partnering with HR departments. Rock 'n' Real Estate offers up community tours to candidates considering job opportunities and eventually assisting with the purchase of their new home.

Rock 'n' Real Estate has been recognized for multiple sales awards over the years including 100% Club, Platinum Club, Hall of Fame award and The Spirit of RE/MAX award to name a few.
